Dipping Plum Sauce For Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plum preserves
1/3 c. dry sherry wine
1/2 tsp. cloves (ground)
1/2 tsp. anise (ground)
1/2 tsp. fennel (ground)
1/2 c. dry mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except mustard, in blender.
Add mustard, a little at a time, blending well, until sauce is as hot and spicy as desired.
(Longer blending makes hotter sauce.) Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
