Consomme Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    2 cans beef consomme
Preparation
    Wash and drain rice.
    Melt oleo; brown rice and onion lightly. (Rice should get almost brown before adding onion.)
    Put in casserole and add consomme.
    Cover lightly and cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
