Chicken Adobo(Philippine Breast Of Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole large chicken breasts, split or debone
    1 (6 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 or 2 bay leaves, crumbled
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown chicken.
    Combine ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook for about 30 minutes.
    Take chicken out of broth.
    Put 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water.
    Mix.
    Then stir in broth.
    Heat until thickened.
