Hot Cocoa Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour in large mixing bowl and set aside. Combine margarine, oil, cocoa and water in saucepan and bring to a boil.
    Pour over sugar and flour mixture.
    Mix and beat until smooth.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and soda.
    Mix well and bake in pan at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cover with icing.
