Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. butter
1-13oz. can evaporated milk
1-7oz. jar marshmallow creme
1-18oz. jar creamy peanut butter
Preparation

In a large heavy pan place confectioner's sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.
Cook over med. heat stirring constantly until all ingredients melt.
Continue cooking to 235\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Remove from heat.
Quickly stir in marshmallow creme and peanut butter.
Stir well and pour into 2 8x8x2 inch buttered pans.
When cold, cut into squares. Makes about 6 lbs. of fudge.
