Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 onion, diced
    2 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    3 c. water
Preparation
    In a skillet, melt oleo and brown rice and onion.
    In a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, add bouillon and water to rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
