Carrot Relish Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) orange Jell-O
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped, unpared apples
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
    Add cream cheese and beat smooth with a beater.
    Stir in orange juice, lemon peel and juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Add carrots and apples. Spoon into 6 or 8 individual molds or one large mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold.
