Ingredients

2 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
Preparation

Combine the mustard, honey, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a medium bowl; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Cover and chill.
Makes 2 1/4 cups.
