Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. strawberry jello (dry)
red food coloring
1 qt. strawberries, stemmed and sliced

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and cook until thick and clear.
Add jello and food coloring.
Add strawberries.
Pour over the sugar mixture in baked pie shell.
Cool.
Let set in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
