Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 or 3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
1 small can chopped green chilies
2 to 3 lb. cooked chicken, chopped
1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 lb. Longhorn grated cheese
Preparation

Brown onion in oil; add soup, broth and green chilies.
Add chicken pieces.
Mix well.
Alternate tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese in layers in large baking pan.
Repeat layers until casserole is filled.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings.
