Easy Pepperoni Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen bread dough loaves
    pepperoni
Preparation
    Thaw 2 loaves of dough (to make 1 dozen) until completely soft (do not let them rise yet).
    Cut each loaf into 6 to 8 equal slices.
    Flatten out each slice with your hand into a circle.
    Cut up about 3 slices or so of pepperoni into small pieces and place onto circle of dough all over.
    Roll up dough like jelly roll and place on greased cookie sheet.
    Tuck edges of ends under roll. Slightly grease top of roll with shortening.
    Cover with towel and let rise a few hours.
    When completely raised, put pan of rolls in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove from oven and slightly butter top of rolls if desired.
    Remove from pan to cool.
