Cheddar Cheese Nut Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated Cheddar
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. Sauterne or sherry wine *
    grated onion
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to room temperature and combine.
    Chill. Form into ball.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
