Grilled Chicken And Nectarine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. fresh chopped thyme or 2 tsp. dried
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    5 medium nectarines, thinly sliced (about 2 c.)
    6 c. packed, torn, sliced greens (such as spinach, red leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce)
    1 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
    1/2 c. fresh raspberries
Preparation
    Place chicken in shallow dish.
    Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon thyme and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Turn to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate from 1 to 4 hours.
