Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. oil
2 c. apple
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Peel and finely chop apples.
In large bowl combine eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
Stir until just moistened.
Stir in apples and spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling 3/4 full.
Sprinkle streusel topping over batter and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
