Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. potatoes, cut into small cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 c. milk
    3/4 lb. Velveeta
    salt, pepper and parsley to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes, onion and bouillon cubes in a large pot.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Cook until tender.
    Add milk, cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Simmer for at least 20 minutes.
