Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck or round roast
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1/6 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion
    2 green peppers
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Roast should be frozen firm.
    Slice into small bite-size pieces and brown.
    Drain.
    Slice onions into small pieces and place in water with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Slice green peppers and place in water.
    (Keeps fresh.)
    After browning meat, take out and cook onions and green peppers.
    Simmer with lid. Mix 1 tablespoon flour with 1/2 cup hot water.
    Add to mixture to thicken along with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add vegetables (takes about 5 to 8 minutes to cook).
    After vegetables cook, place meat back in pan and simmer with lid on for 5 to 10 minutes.
