Captain'S Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are done.
    Serve with Italian bread.
