Pat'S Pineapple Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese, at room temp
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained (1 lb. 4 oz. Can)
1 9-inch graham cracker pie shell
Preparation

Whip cream cheese and sugar together well.
Fold in whipped cream, then pineapple. Pour into pie shell and chill 2 hours or until set.
