Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese
    2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until clear.
    Add broccoli and soup. Simmer 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and rice; mix well.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
