Easy Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. fat
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt the fat and blend in the flour and salt.
Stir in the milk, slowly.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
