Shrimp Christina - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. extra large shrimp
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    2/3 clove minced garlic
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Clean and devein shrimp.
    Place the shrimp in a large bowl and combine with the vegetable oil, olive oil, minced garlic, pepper and bread crumbs.
    Mix until the shrimp are well coated. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
    Grill the shrimp until they are golden (about 2 minutes on each side).
    Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp after they are taken off the grill. Serve immediately.
