Baked Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and keep 3 tablespoons juice; combine sugar and flour and stir in the 3 tablespoons juice in small bowl.
    Mix cheese and pineapple chunks and pour in the juice mixture.
    Spoon in a greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine butter and crackers and pat on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
