Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Cut in butter.
Add buttermilk.
Roll dough 1/2-inch thick.
Cut biscuits with 2-inch cutter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
