Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 ripe bananas
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Beat egg with fork.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Blend dry ingredients in a mixer bowl.
    Process bananas, then stir the bananas into the mixer bowl.
    Stir in the raisins and walnuts.
    Spoon the batter into 22 muffin cups coated with vegetable cooking spray.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a golden brown.
    Remove from the tins immediately.
    Makes 22 muffins.
