Beef Ragout(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 (17 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 large potato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Combine onion, green pepper and olive oil in a 3-quart casserole.
    Microwave at High until peppers are tender, 2 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover; microwave at High for 10 minutes.
    Reduce power to Medium.
    Microwave until beef and potatoes are tender, 50 minutes to 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes, if desired.
