Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck or arm roast
    1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown roast on both sides; add enough water to cover.
    Cook on top of stove until done.
    Cool.
    Pull meat apart like barbecue. Put meat and other ingredients; cook slowly for 30 minutes.
    Serve on toasted buns.
