Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (1/2-inch thick) green tomato slices
    1 Tbsp. commercial oil-free Italian dressing
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Arrange tomato slices on a baking sheet coated with butter flavored vegetable cooking spray. Brush dressing on each slice. Combine remaining ingredients.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon of crumb mixture on each tomato slice. Spray each slice with cooking spray. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings with 81 calories per 2 slice serving.
