Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 or 3 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1/8 to 1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
6 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
fresh ground black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve with Scoops.
