Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. sweet potato
milk
Preparation

Sift flour and baking powder.
Mix all ingredients until blended.
Add enough milk to make soft dough.
Roll out on floured board and cut with biscuit cutter or may be rolled in hands.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Refrigerate unused portion.
