David'S Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
3 c. milk
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
5 c. stale bread, cubed
Preparation

Beat eggs, yolks and sugar until thick lemon color.
Add milk, vanilla, lemon rind, lemon juice, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Place bread cubes into large buttered baking dish; pour mixture over.
Let sit 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Set dish in pan of hot water; bake for 45 minutes, or until top sets and is brown. Serve hot or warm.
