Hot Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. beef rump roast (boneless)
    1/3 c. red wine or cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    clove of garlic or garlic salt/powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine wine, salad oil, green pepper, onion, garlic, pepper and tomato sauce to make the marinade.
