Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    Nut Topping
Preparation
    Cream oleo until soft; add sugar. Cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour half the batter into well-greased 9 x 13 pan or tube pan. Cover with half the Nut Topping and pour remaining batter over. Top with remaining nut mixture. Bake at 325\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
