Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 4 breasts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian or western dressing
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot jam
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. pineapple
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Mix dressing, jam, soup mix and water together; spread over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
    Add pineapple pieces the last half hour.
    Serve with rice.
