Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix all well.
    Pour in an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
