Mangino'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. uncooked lasagna noodles
    2 pkg. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 small carton Ricotta cheese
    1 jar Ragu sauce
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage
Preparation
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan the uncooked noodles, a spreading of sauce and meat mixture, and 1/2 package of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat this layering until the pan is full.
    (Crisscross the noodles and add a little water to each layer so the noodles will cook evenly.)
    Cover with foil and cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Freezes well.
