Snook-Fish Deep Fry Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. beer
1 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

In separate bowl, beat 1 egg white until it is stiff.
Mix first 5 ingredients until smooth.
Fold in egg white.
Fold in olive oil.
Dip paper towel-dried chunks of fish in batter and drop into hot oil.
Cook until brown.
(Try to avoid dropping on top of each other.
This will make the pieces stick together when cooked.)
