Pinanna Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. chopped bananas (4 medium)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
    Add oil and eggs.
    Stir until moistened; do not beat.
    Stir in bananas, pineapple, vanilla and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
    Refrigerate left over cake.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Garnish with pecan halves.
