Apple Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. large cooking apples
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 small jug thick cream (unwhipped)
Preparation
    Peel, core and cut into eighths the large cooking apples. Mix in a 1-quart glass baking dish with sugar, juice of lemon and cinnamon.
