Squash Casserole Or Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 large onion
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    salt, pepper or sugar to taste
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender, drain and add salt, pepper and sugar.
    Combine cheese, crumbs, eggs, milk and butter with squash, saving some crumbs and cheese for the top.
    Bake in a buttered casserole at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
