Stir-Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. small shrimp
    1/2 c. diced ham or roast pork
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. green peas
    1 Tbsp. raisins (optional)
    2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
    6 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
    8 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan.
    Pour in eggs and stir-fry egg until in tiny pieces.
    Remove from pan.
    Heat 3 tablespoons oil. Stir-fry shrimp and meat; add green peas.
    Fry 1 minute and remove.
    Heat 3 tablespoons oil; fry onion and cooked rice.
    Add salt.
    Reduce heat.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Add egg and meat mixtures. Combine well and serve.
