Italian Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. chicken breast fillets
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. unsweetened white grape juice
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley flake
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and cut into 1-inch strips.
    Combine oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cheese, parsley flakes, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper in bowl.
    Mix well.
    Let marinate in refrigerator a couple hours or overnight.
    Drain, reserving marinade.
    Place chicken in shallow pan.
    Broil 8 inches from heat until cooked thoroughly, turning once.
    Heat reserved marinade to serving temperature in saucepan.
    Pour over chicken in serving dish.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
