Batter For Fried Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. white corn meal
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    freshly ground pepper
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Prepare the batter with wire whisk.
    Wash shrimp and devein. Immerse shrimp in batter and drop into heated oil.
    Turning them with a slotted spoon, deep fry about 2 to 3 minutes, until golden. Transfer shrimp to paper towels to drain.
