Buttermilk Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavor
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk; add buttermilk, sugar and butter.
    Mix well before putting in flour.
    Add 2 teaspoons sweet milk.
    Add lemon flavor.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
