Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time and continue mixing until light.
    Measure dry ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix together.
    Combine 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Roll dough into balls.
    Roll balls in cinnamon.
    Place on greased pan.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
