Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    4 c. beef broth
    1 3/4 c. red wine
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes or puree
    pasta noodles to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage, then saute the onion and green peppers.
    Add broth and red wine; bring to a boil.
    Add garlic, basil, oregano, parsley and tomatoes.
    Cover and cook for 1 hour.
    Slow to simmer. Serve over cooked pasta noodles.
    Add Parmesan cheese to bowl. Serve with garlic bread.
