Chicken Italian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken breasts (skinless)
2 egg whites
3/4 c. Progresso Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 c. Puritan oil
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce (homemade or in a jar)
Preparation

Wash chicken; remove excess fat.
Dip chicken in eggs and then in breadcrumbs.
Brown lightly in oil.
Arrange browned chicken in baking dish.
Sprinkle half the Mozzarella cheese and half the Parmesan cheese over it.
Pour the spaghetti sauce over chicken and cheese.
Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 (uncovered) for 30 minutes.
