1 chicken, cut up
flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
butter
3/4 to 1 c. water
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 lemons, juiced
Preparation

Preheat oven at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
Dampen the chicken pieces and coat well with seasoned flour mixture.
Place chicken pieces in a baking pan that has been lightly coated with oil.
Dot each piece of chicken with a small pat of butter.
