Hungarian Pork And Sauerkraut Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork or ham, cubed
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 Tbsp. paprika or to taste
    1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in small amount of oil.
    Stir in dill weed and caraway seed.
    Add boiling water, bouillon and pork cubes.
    Mix in sauerkraut.
    Simmer 1 to 2 hours until pork is tender.
    (If desired, add 2 cups sour cream.)
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
