Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 beaten eggs
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, potatoes, shortening, sugar and salt in mixing bowl; let stand until lukewarm.
    Add yeast softened in warm water and eggs.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour and beat well.
    Cover and let stand in warm place until bubbly.
    Add remaining flour and knead until smooth.
    Place in greased bowl and put in refrigerator.
