Madeira Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 carrots, peeled and sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. tarragon
    4 Tbsp. Madeira wine
    fresh parsley to garnish
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan. Add carrots, sugar, salt and wine. Cover and cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Lower heat and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Remove lid.
    Sprinkle with tarragon and parsley.
    Makes 6 servings. Delicious!
